Thanks to everyone who came out for our free season opener, Urban Tellers! We filled the house to capacity both nights as the sixteen students from our Personal Narrative workshop stood and delivered the pieces they had crafted. It was a huge success!! Each and every one of them rose to the occasion and a splendid time was had by all. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Next up: Devilishly Good! In October, Lawrence Howard of Portland Story Theater teams up with Jonah Weston of Action Talks Productions to deliver a pair of literary classics! Lawrence tells Stephen Vincent Benet's The Devil and Daniel Webster and Jonah tells Shel Silverstein's epic poem, The Devil and Billy Markham.
