Due to Members STILL pre-ordering product and not picking up, we have been forced to change our Members Structure again. All pre-orders will be taken at Recommended Retail Price. If you pay for your pre-order within 7 days of notification you will receive Members Price. If not full RRP applies. We receive a discount for paying our bill early, this is the discount we pass onto you.
Any members found to continue with this practise have all their orders cancelled, deposits forfieted and will be removed from our members list.
We try to give customers as much information regarding the arrival of your pre-order as to give you time to get some $$$ together. Sometimes this is not possible as product will just turn up without notice.
To give some of you an idea we are not talking about 1 or 2 people. I still have 45 Members who have NOT YET PICKED UP THE BROCK 28C from Classics which arrived around 6 Months Ag. (Over $10,000 worth @ RRP) I have called every member with a pre-order individually & left messages if unanswered. An email such as this was sent advising of its release. What more can we do ? We are always open to suggestions from our customers, so please if you have any feedback Positive or Negative email us.
We understand times are tough at the moment, we are small business and also feeling the pinch. We do have a layby system if you need more time. Our Layby terms are 30 days and pricing is @ RRP. No Members Discounts for Laybys.
