The Exhibition and Conference ‘Save the Planet’ promotes the technologies and best practices, implementation of which will help countries in South-East Europe to manage their waste in a more sustainable way.

Austria is a strategic partner of ‘Save the Planet’ and an Austrian Pavilion will be realized for the sixth consecutive time. A group participation of companies from Norway and Switzerland is expected.

EREMA is the global market leader in the development and production of plastics recycling systems and components. It will participate in 'Save the Planet' 2015. 
On 29 October 2014 over 130 existing and potential international customers and guests invited by EREMA were at the company's headquarters in Ansfelden near Linz in Austria for "Discovery Day 2014". The focus of the EREMA's series of events this year was on in-house recycling, one of the global market leader's core competencies. With first-class talks given by experts representing the entire value chain and live demonstrations on several types of INTAREMA® systems, EREMA demonstrated how the quality of the end products can be kept constant with intelligent in-house recycling solutions while saving production and labour costs at the same time.

'Circular Economy’

The European Network of Environmental Professionals (ENEP) will organize ‘Towards a Circular Economy’ session. A number of input speeches will give an outlook on the legal and financial issues, as well as focus on the specific local conditions for improvement resource efficiency. The speakers will examine the Zero Waste Program for Europe – Zero Emissions Research and Initiatives, processing and new applications in plastic waste recycling 
About ENEP  It represents 22 European Environmental Organisations and over 45,000 individual professionals. ENEP was founded in order to support the increasingly important and diverse role of European environmental professionals, working in industry, government, environmental services, teaching/research and NGOs.
