Well tomorrow is the day I look forward to all winter long: March 1! It is my unofficial start of Spring. I understand we may still get bad weather but the good weather days always outnumber the bad. In fact, 1/3 of the days in March are traditionally sunny or mostly sunny days in Michigan.
Today we had K-9 units in from two State Police posts and our very own Newaygo County K-9 team pay us a visit. The dogs did not find anything. Because we had so many dogs, we had time to do some training exercises with the dogs. It is always very cool to see the dogs work.
