Department of Agriculture is going to take a greater role in cannabis in Nevada.  Laura Freed stated the division is going to issue new Division policies based on these new legislative changes.  The Division is going to work closely with the Department of Agriculture.  As of July 1st if legislation is effective, different testing qualification for product.  Department of Agriculture will dictate list of pesticides or may not state them because they choose not to.  This may mean still limited to 25B list.  Department of Agriculture can now inspect MMEs.
