Waterproofing pond
Description:
Ponds are usually very difficult to waterproof because of the tricky shapes. That is why traditional pond sealers are difficult to apply.
Liquid Rubber has the advantage that it is applied in a liquid form. This ensures a perfect application in difficult corners and edges.
At this project, all the seams are pre-treated with the Liquid Rubber HBS200 and geotextile. Afterwards the entire pond was coated with the Liquid Rubber SprayGrade B-200 for a solid seamless sealant.
Liquid Rubber is fully environmentally friendly and contains no toxics so it doesn't harm the fish or plants in the pond.

Gutter seal with Liquid Rubber HBS200
Description:
Liquid Rubber has the unique characteristic that it adheres to almost every surface. In this situation the seal between two different surfaces a crucial factor. On roof details and roof outlets it is usually difficult to seal the connection to the roofing product. Because Liquid Rubber adheres to all surfaces and has a high flexibility of 900%, it is a perfect solution for these kind of details.
On this project the plastic gutter needed to be treated and sealed on the connection to the bitumen roofing. Liquid Rubber HBS200 was applied combined with geotextile. This single component product ensures a quick and strong way of waterproofing. The sustainable flexibility ensures a durable sealant.
