Hello Firstname

HELP!
Some of you maybe aware that we have had a slight problem recently with the colours being projected by the wonderful new toy we have hanging out of the middle of the ceiling. Over the last few weeks, colours have been a bit on the red side & a tad over saturated; so this afternoon, Mike Bigger, Ashwin Chauhan and I decided that a re-profiling was required. However, when we came to do it, we found that neither Device Manager nor Control Panel recognised the projector, despite the fact that the PC has been quite happy to use the projector. This probably explains the over saturated reds and sepia coloured monochromes!
None of us knew enough to be able to resolve this problem this afternoon, hence this special edition of the newsletter - does anyone think that they can help us "find the projector" so that we can profile it and restore service back to normal. If you do, then please have a word with me on Wednesday evening and point me in the right direction.
