The Provincial Grand Master is planning to appoint a Provincial Membership Officer (PMO). Reporting to a member of the Executive, the PMO role is focused on assisting Lodges and Chapters to develop and implement a membership strategy, with a view to attracting suitable new candidates for Freemasonry. The PMO will also help to identify and share ‘best practice’ to create a positive impact on candidate growth/retention and will, in the future, provide Lodges and Chapters with ‘tools’ to help support their efforts.
As a new role, it offers many possibilities and provides the opportunity
for the right candidate to create significant and long lasting positive
change for the Craft and Royal Arch. Applications will be welcomed from any mason who feels he has the necessary skills and ability to be successful in the role.
