Hello, Firstname

Wednesday 18 March

Next Wednesday, 18 March, is the fourth and final round of the 2019-20 Projected Image Competition. The judge for this round will be Peter Crane ARPS. This round will decide who takes the top honours for the season and which successful members get promoted! Peter previously visited us in December, when he presented his talk on Street Photography.
You can get an idea of what Peter likes by visiting his website: www.petercrane.co.uk

RPS Nature Group
A selection of the accepted prints from this year's RPS Nature Group Exhibition are currently on display at the club. There are approximately 80 prints from a total of 120 acceptances including all the award winners.

The exhibition has 2 classes “All living Creatures” and “Plants, Patterns, Geological et al”. The second class creates an exhibition containing many excellent images of Fungi, Orchids and other subjects not often seen in any numbers in International Salons.
The Exhibition does not open officially until 4th April at Smethwick when the awards are presented and Digital acceptances shown. This is a sneak preview of a quality exhibition unfortunately not seen by many photographers throughout the country.  It will be taken down on Thursday 19th March, so you have 2 weeks to peruse and enjoy.

Salon acceptances: BPS photographers are now achieving large numbers of salon acceptances and constraints on time and space mean we can't include them all. So please only advise of awards or other milestones.

Contrary to popular belief, I do not possess psychic powers and need you to tell me if you've had successes. If you want to blow your own trumpet (or someone else's), then this is the place to do it. Please let me know and I'll include details in a future issue.

For Sale
If you have anything to sell, or you're looking for something to buy, just let me know and I'll include it here. Please bear in mind, we only advertise items for BPS members.
