RANGER REPORT – Sunday, Jan. 8, 2006 

Ron Wood (Rolling Stones guitarist, aka Woody):  “If I haven’t got my glasses on I can only see the first couple of rows.  I’m like waving at these imaginary people ‘cos I need glasses for long distance.  The other day - you know, people hold various signs up in the audience - I went up to Mick and I said, “What does it say on that sign there?”  And he said, “Oh, I think it says Woody Is Rubbish…’”

One of my resolutions this year is to make these reports shorter. 

There are some new photos up in the gallery from our Dec. 23 show at the Colonial Theater in Phoenixville, PA. The photos were shot by Manatee photographer Ginger Weber. 

Videographer Hy Mayerson also shot footage that evening and is making a DVD of the concert. 

Our Dec. 29 debut at the Sarah St. Grille in Stroudsburg PA went splendidly and we will return there Fri., May 5 (Cinco de Mayo).  Thanks to Brian “Kooch” Koch for the gig. 

This week we are debuting at a brand new club.  It’s called Agave (110 E. Butler Ave. in Ambler, PA).  It’s a couple of blocks down from K.C.’s Alley and has only been open a few weeks.  We are playing there this Friday the 13^th.    We shall be performing as an acoustic quartet from 10 to 1.  Check it out.  Thanks to Victor Malanouski for the gig.
