Press conference outcomes of COSAS & BDS South Africa meeting on #BoycottWoolworths Pigs Campaign

Congress of South African Students (COSAS Western Cape) will hold a special joint press conference, with BDS and the ANCYL today (Thursday, 06 November) at 13h00 at 6 Spin Street, Cape Town CBD (former IDASA House). All press are welcome.
 
COSAS has truly taken Palestinian solidarity to heart and will never stand down in the fight for human rights and dignity of the Palestinian people. Woolworths has failed the people of South Africa and Palestine, as their bosses are continuing to be pigheaded in their maintenenace of trade with Apartheid Israel.
 
COSAS & a high-level delegation from BDS South Africa met yesterday (Wednesday 5 November) to discuss many issues including our radical and fearless Woolworths Pig Campaign which serves as part of our contribution to the nationwide #BoycottWoolworths campaign. COSAS appreciates the role that the ANCYL played in enabling parties to get together.
