Operation Better Block, in partnership with the Urban Redevelopment Authority, TreeVitalize Pittsburgh and Port Authority of Allegheny County, seeks to plant 270 trees along Finance Street in Homewood to improve air quality, reduce traffic noise, and beautify the neighborhood.
