The Philadelphia Jewish Voice is proud to support The People's Climate March this Sunday in New York City. We will be marching with the Jewish Climate Change Campaign alongside other faith communities, labor unions and environmental groups.

A Bad Sort of World RecordThe timing is perfect as world leaders are coming to the UN summit on the climate crisis. UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon is urging governments to support an ambitious global agreement to dramatically reduce global-warming pollution.

To kick this off The Philadelphia Jewish Voice and more than 50 local labor, social, faith and environmental organizations supporting the People's Climate March will be holding a press conference today at noon at the North Plaza of City Hall in Center City Philadelphia.

Read this and all the latest news on our new web platform, and make sure your synagogue or organization has listed all of its high holiday and other events on our community calendar. (See directions below.)

The march will begin at 11:30 am.
