DPL Event: Shabbat Potluck Lunch coming up soon!
Deborah Blum and Michelle Wolf, the new co-chairs of the Diaspora Potluck Committee (DPL), are happy to announce the first DPL event of the year:
A Potluck in the backyard of Susan Laemmle & John Antignas on Shabbat after shul — a wonderful opportunity to catch up after the summer and visit informally
before the High Holy Days.
Date: September 17th, 2016
Place: The Laemmle-Antignas residence, 6608 Hayes Drive, Los Angeles (tw0 blocks north of TBA in Carthay Circle, a short walk)
Time: After services — approximately 12:30 pm
Please RSVP by replying to this message or by writing to the event coordinator Susan Laemmle at Laemmle@usc.edu. Give the names of those attending, including children, and please add ages for the children. Susan will get back to you fast to agree on your contribution to the dairy meal.

Food: All food contributions should be daily or parve, and enough for at least 10 people. If you have a specialty, please make it for everyone to enjoy. Those with small kitchens and/or rushed schedules can bring ready-made Kosher food. Items can be dropped off on Friday or before shul on Shabbat morning, or brought along to shul and then to the lunch.
