Play Group at the Scotland Island Kindy

Scotland Island Kindy would love to have you for play group.

Monday’s 9:30am-12:00pm.

Relax, chat with old and new friends as your children play in a safe and stimulating environment.
Play groups will run school term starting on the 3rd February 2014.
All ages welcome…

Bring a gold coin for tea, coffee and milk, a snack for your children or a treat to share with other Mums and Dads.

This is a great opportunity to network, share ideas, babysitters, and coping methods to survive the Islands “little” challenges.

Please RSVP with your name, children’s name and age if you are keen.

Fix your back with a few simple tips, stretches and exercises from this excellent new app.

Local Physiotherapist Antony Bush who lives on Scotland Island and works from the Sports Physio Clinic at the Sydney Academy of Sport has just released an iPhone / iPad app in conjunction with a team of Olympic sports doctors, international physiotherapists (including the Wallabies and Diamonds Physios) and a spinal orthopedic surgeon.

The app provides simple, clear and practical guidelines on how to effectively self-manage your low back pain.
