BACK PAIN ANYONE?
Fix your back with a few simple tips, stretches and exercises from this excellent new app.

Local Physiotherapist Antony Bush who lives on Scotland Island and works from the Sports Physio Clinic at the Sydney Academy of Sport has just released an iPhone / iPad app in conjunction with a team of Olympic sports doctors, international physiotherapists (including the Wallabies and Diamonds Physios) and a spinal orthopedic surgeon.

The app provides simple, clear and practical guidelines on how to effectively self-manage your low back pain.
