TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share
Index started the week with a positive daily return, closing at 78,387, a
0.38% increase. The majority of sectors saw positive returns and the highest
daily gain was witnessed by the Metallic Products sector (+3.58%). In
contrast, Ceramics & Tiles (-1.21%) was the weakest sector of the day.
Automotive sector (-0.77%) remained the value leader, recording IRR 494
billion (approx. USD 14 million) worth of trades. Today, Bandar Abbas Oil
Refining Co. (PNBA +3.75%), Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran (HRMZ
+1.84%) and Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +4.57%) had the greatest impact on
the All-Share Index. The stock with the highest daily trade volume was
SAIPA Group (SIPA -1.07%) with IRR 118 billion (approx. USD 3.3 million)
worth of trades. In total, 821 million securities were exchanged on the TSE
for IRR 3,084 billion (approx. USD 86 million), 45% higher than Wednesday's
trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 Index, the index of the
thirty largest companies by market capitalization, rose by 0.49% to close at
3,188. The majority of the top 30 stocks experienced slight growth on
Saturday, but the two Automotive companies were the weakest. Iran Khodro (IKCO
-1.41%) and SAIPA Group (SIPA -1.07%) recorded the greatest decline, while
Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Co. (PNBA +3.75%) and Esfahan Oil Refining Co.
(PNES +4.57%) increased the most among the top 30s. The total traded value
of the top 30 stocks went up by 18% to IRR 449 billion (approx. USD 12.5
million).
