A Special Message from Pittwater Council

At its meeting of 17th December 2007 Pittwater Council resolved that the following Draft Plans of Management be placed on Public Exhibition for comment:

-        Pittwater Public Wharves DRAFT Plan of Management, incorporating Bells Wharf, Bennetts Wharf, Bonnie Doon Wharf, Cargo Wharf, Carols Wharf, Mackerel Beach Wharf and Tennis Wharf.

-        Bilarong Reserve DRAFT Plan of Management

-        Village Park Plan of Management – Amendment: December 2007

The exhibition period will commence on Saturday, 22nd December 2007 to Friday, 1st February 2008 with submissions received until Tuesday, 19th February 2008.

A Plan of Management is required under the relevant legislation to provide strategic planning and Council policy for the day-to-day and long-term management of public reserves.  

Copies are available for viewing at Village Park Customer Service Centre at 1 Park Street, Mona Vale, at Avalon Customer Service Centre, 59A Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon, at Mona Vale Library and on the Pittwater Council website (www.pittwater.nsw.gov.au).
