NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL, JANUARY 19th, 2016
Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Huntsville, Utah, Weber County, will hold a Public Hearing on January 19th, 2016, at7:00 p.m. at the Ogden Valley Library Community Room located at 136 S. 7500 E. Huntsville, UT.
The following item will be discussed:
Proposed Development Agreement for Lot #3 on the Huntsville Town Square, as a new Specific Development Plan Overlay Zone for the Bonnie & Hyde Inc. Mixed-Use project.

The Huntsville Town Council will be taking action on this proposed Development Agreement as a new Specific Development Plan Overlay Zone for a Mixed-Use development on January 21st during their regular Town Council Meeting at 7:00 pm at the Huntsville Town Hall.
