June has been an interesting month. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia - which I'm quickly learning to get a handle on thanks to some amazing people I've met online - and my son got his learner's permit. In fact, I allowed him to drive me around time as my chauffeur for the first time today quite to his delight! (I think he's going to make a much better driver than I was at that age.)

I also found discovered some amazing new handmade shops online - one of which is Little Bug Jewelry. I really love the handcrafted pieces that Jane, of Little Bug Jewelry, creates. She does wire wrapped jewelry as well as some hammered pieces made from recycled metals, including silver, and uses some really wonderful gemstones including synthetic sapphires, rough black diamonds, and my favorite - moonstones. Plus she's also agreed to sponsor an amazing contest for Soap Deli News blog this month and is giving away two pairs of earrings valued at $73. You can enter that contest here through July 1, 2012. The contest is open worldwide.

If you haven't stopped by the blog lately, here are a few highlights from this month so far:
Also, be sure to check up on Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen in the coming weeks for new handmade soap bars and lotions. I'll be introducing a new line of handmade shea butter and aloe lotions next month that are paraben free along with more sugar scrub cubes in a new look! In the meantime, you can save 50% off all existing Goat Milk and Shea Butter lotions in stock when you enter coupon code: LOTIONSALE at checkout through 6/30/12. These make great gifts and shipping is never more than $6 no matter how much you buy!

I hope everyone has a great week and an even better summer!

Take care,
Rebecca
