Erratum
We really shouldn't let Competition Secretaries take holidays. In David Alderson's absence last week I totally messed up on the results of the last round of the Print Competition.
"Limpias Northern Spain", which was 3rd in the Intermediate Class was incorrectly credited to Joan Symes. It should have been credited to Daniel Mills. This would have put Daniel in 4th place. The revised Intermediate League Table is shown below:

INTERMEDIATE
  Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Round 4 TOTAL
Jason Eastham 4+3 2+1+1 3   14
Tim Woolf   4 4 + 1   9
Robert Eschle 2+1 1+1 1   6
Daniel Mills   1+1 2+1   5
Steve Field   1+1+1 1   4
Graham Pears   3 1   4
Gerry Gill 1+1       2
Vicky Harrison   1     1

ITS NOT PARTICULARLY EASY FINDING "DATES FOR YOUR DIARY", SO I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF MEMBERS COULD LET ME KNOW OF ANY EVENTS, EXHIBITIONS OR PICTURE LOCATIONS THAT THEY THINK WOULD BE OF INTEREST. DATES AND WEB LINKS WOULD HELP.

Trumpet Blowers' Corner

Several members have gained acceptances in the 1st New Zealand PS International Exhibition, including John Hudson who had six of his images accepted including this one which was awarded a Silver Medal (and it wasn't a bat or a dancing swan!)

Black-chinned Hummingbird

Salon acceptances: BPS photographers are now achieving large numbers of salon acceptances and constraints on time and space mean we can't include them all. So please only advise of awards or other milestones.

Contrary to popular belief, I do not possess psychic powers and need you to tell me if you've had successes. If you want to blow your own trumpet (or someone else's), then this is the place to do it. Please let me know and I'll include details in a future issue.
