１．「+Ｊ］について

弊社では、Ｍ＆Ａマッチング業務の負担軽減を広告掲載によって解決しようとしています。

譲渡及び譲受企業情報の広告掲載料金は共に無料で、その広告掲載側にはコンタクト料金も発生しません。

Ｍ＆Ａ完成までには常時、複数候補が必要です。

コンテンツを段階的に充実させ、先ずは利用者参加型コンテンツを追加する予定でおります。その為に弊社は準備を進めていますので、引続きご期待頂きたいと 思います。

２．Ｍ＆Ａの情報と普及率

小規模のＭ＆Ａはマッチ ングが難しく、付加価値の低い作業です。「＋Ｊ」はそのような作業を解決する目的で作られています。

利用者の多くは、会計事務所様及び仲 介事務所様が多く、仲介事務所様の多くは証券会社出身者です。

新たなプレーヤーとして、退職後に複数企業のアドバイザーをされる顧問様が 多く、活躍されています。Ｍ＆Ａ経験は浅いのは当然で、ＮＰＯ等を通じた顧問目的は販売支援が約８０％です。相互に「＋Ｊ」を利用頂ければ、仲介も顧問業 務も拡大するそうです。

1. +J marketplace fees

Sell-side or buy-side M&A posting is completely free on the +J marketplace. When you want to sell or valuate your company, the width of exposure to potential buyers is the most potent factor of success.
On the other hand, advertising buy-side plans brings you strategically qualified acquisitions without using precisou internal resources. There are only merits to post to the +J Marketplace, and best of all it’s free.
Contacting a seller or a buyer is quick and cheap (from 23,000 JPY), saving time and cash. Just click on an interesting offer, and we’ll exchange each other information after checking the validity of the offer.

2. +J marketplace users

Small-scale M&A cases are difficult. It is often difficult to find suitable counter-parties, and the search and operations costs are relatively high. Much better for everyone to concentrate on high-value activities. We are building the M&A marketplace +J just for that purpose.
