**** Breaking News **** After 11 years in our office on second road we have decided to move to larger premises in order to accomodate a growing sales team. This months newsletter focuses on a highly contentious topic, regularly argued on social media. Have we reached the bottom of the market and what prices currently reflect value for money??!.
In short there is no definitive answer, but using the constraints of a well located, well managed building, with a good quality interior, we suggest that value is currently found in the 30-35,000 THB per sqm range and that we have recently bounced off the bottom. We continue to advocate avoiding smaller "high-value" units where there is a glut of supply.
