This months newsletter focuses on a highly contentious topic, regularly argued on social media. Have we reached the bottom of the market and what prices currently reflect value for money??!. 
 
In short there is no definitive answer, but using the constraints of a well located, well managed building, with a good quality interior, we suggest that value is currently found in the 30-35,000 THB per sqm range and that we have recently bounced off the bottom. We continue to advocate avoiding smaller "high-value" units where there is a glut of supply.

 This 58 sqm pool view condo has been recently discounted to 1.89 Million THB or 32,500 THB per sqm. A great option in an ever popular building.

When buying in lagoon style projects (which seem to face an endless supply), the entry price is crucial. This larger than average 88 sqm, 2 bed, 2 bath condominium in foreign name is very competitively priced at only 29,000 THB per sqm!
