Hello all,

Early October brings the start of Meditation in Everyday Life, the first weeknight course in a new core curriculum―The Way of Shambhala―which we plan to introduce gradually over the coming months and years. The new curriculum involves a new approach, designed to be less like school and more like life. Check it out and see what you think.

In late October, watch for Acharya Allyn Lyon!

Warm regards,

Jim Northcote
