An Extraordinary Meeting of the Bristol Photographic Society will be held on Wednesday 24^th April 2024 at 7pm at the BPS Clubhouse and on Zoom

2.To Respond to Questions about the Council’s Report ‘BPS Finances, Budget & Membership Fees’ sent to the Membership on Wednesday 10^th April 2024.

 

3.The Membership will be invited to vote* on the following Resolution:

 

In order for the Bristol Photographic Society to achieve an annual financial break-even point (excluding atypical events) within 4 years (31st March 2028):

All Annual Membership Subscriptions will increase in 2024/5 by £20, and by a similar amount in the following four financial years, unless the BPS Council decides that in any of those four subsequent years that there should be no rise (or the rise be smaller) due to there being a reduction in annual BPS expenditure and/or increased income.

 

To increase the Annual Member Subscriptions in 2024/5 (and for subsequent years) to £100 for distant and long-time members, to £135 each for joint members and to £145 for regular members.

 

Please note that the BPS Annual General Meeting for 2023/4 will be held at the BPS Clubhouse and on Zoom on Wednesday July 24^th 2024 at 7pm

 

* Voting will take place at the meeting and, for those attending remotely, via Zoom.
