This week’s idea is one we spotted on the web site of Patterson Farm in Mt. Ulla, NC. We love their "Get Connected" page, where they've stepped up their social media presence and gone a step beyond posting simple logos linked to their Facebook, Flickr and Twitter pages. In this case, they've embedded preview windows where you can easily sign up to be a Facebook fan, view FlickR photos and follow them on Twitter. In addition, they have an easy-to-navigate upload form for submitting photos and recipes that can be shared with other guests.
With many of our web sites being packed with so much information, it's sometimes tough to draw attention to the numerous ways you can get & stay connected with customers. We love how they've managed to draw more attention to each of these individual "connections" by putting them all together on one page.
