Haftarah Plethora
This week’s Haftarah Plethora for Parshat T'rumah is a very special one, dedicated to the memory of our good friend Abe Berman. Abe himself makes a moving appearance. The boys manage to keep it together enough to talk about the differences between the way in which Moses and Solomon mobilized resources for the construction of the Tabernacle and Temple, respectively. Larry finds support for the tranquility of the Daily Minyan while Rick makes a connection between builders and children. And Norm helps us all to visualize the Temple, the subject of the Haftarah. Baruch Dayan HaEmet
We mourn the passing of long time Library Minyan member, Abe Berman, Husband of Annette Berman; Father of Jerome Berman, Harry (Kitty Sheehan) Berman and Anne Berman. May his memory be for a blessing.
In addition to the Minyanim listed in the Shiva Information email sent out by Temple Beth Am, there will be a Shiva Minyan at Annette's home at 7:00 pm, Saturday night.
