IN THIS ISSUE
At the start of this month, we were reminded that it's just one year to the Olympics. We're very excited here at Running Free and will have special features to mark this historical sporting event throughout the coming year. If you love watching athletics, why not give it a go? This month, our out on the field journalist, Lucy Fry, has tried out hurdling, high jump and sprinting with some of our Olympian hopefuls as her coaches.
Also in this month's issue of Running Free we've turned to you the reader, for our most inspiring stories and race reports. Karen tells us about her passion for running The Riviera and Edith recalls her first ultra, the Dartmoor Discovery, plus we hear how six runner's experienced their very own 'Runner's High'.
This month our readers have reviewed neutral shoes, and the Running Free team have tested out summer gear and gadgets. Our cover story this month comes from our Olympic marathon hopeful Andrew Lemoncello, who tells why he's the ultimate 'Running Geek'! Whether you're training for the Olympics or a local 5k – make sure you have a great month of running!
