Ce Samedi 12 Juillet  pour la pleine Lune nous irons vers la région de Jezzine, 
Nous commencerons notre rando tard dans l'après midi à Wadi Manzoul au milieu d’une petite forêt de chêne, et nous marcherons sur une distance de quelques 4 km.
La durée de notre promenade est d’environ 2 heures, fraicheur et dépaysement garantis, Des paysages à couper le souffle nous attendent avant de nous arrêter près de la source de Ain el Zaarour pour un petit diner champêtre.
 
 
Détails pratiques:
Durée : 2h00 a 2h30
Niveau de la marche : facile
Distance : 4  km
Dénivelé total : 200 m
 
Faisabilité: Il faut être au minimum 15 inscrits pour que la sortie ait lieu. 
 
A prévoir: chaussures de marche, sac à dos, gourde (pleine),  pull et coupe vent, chapeau.
 
Cout:
Le prix par personne adulte est de 55$ incluant le transport en bus, l'assurance, les guides et le diner  champêtre (Tabboulé, Fattouche, Hommos, , Maïs…)
 
 
Le rendez vous est à 18h précise au parking qui est près de l’urgence de l'hôpital du Sacré Cœur à Hazmieh. Pour y arriver prendre la bifurcation qui mène vers le palais présidentiel devant l'hypermarché Abou Khalil, ensuite prendre la première bifurcation à gauche en direction du Sacré Cœur. Soyez Ponctuel !

The full moon will enlighten our night hike for Saturday July 12th , where we will be  moving towards Jezzine.  We will begin our hike from Wadi Manzoul in the middle of a small oak forest for a  4 km walk. Our hiking will last approximately 2 hours after which we will stop close to Ain el Zaarour for a small localy prepared diner.
 
Practical details:
The trail will be nearly 2h00 to 2h30
The walk is an easy level of difficulty
Length of trail: 4  km
Difference in level: 200m
 
What to bring:
Walking shoes, Water, , Hat, , Back pack, Wind breaker (K-way), Sweater.
 
Cost:
- 55$ covering guides, transportation, Dinner (Tabboule, fattouche, Hommos,...)  and insurance.
 
 
Feasibility: A minimum of 15 persons is required.
 
The meeting place and departure:
The departure is precisely at 15h00 am at the parking next to the Emergency entrance of the Sacré Cœur hospital Hazmieh. To reach it, take the road of the Presidential palace in front of the Hypermarché Abou Khalil Hazmieh, then the first turn left towards the hospital. Please, be on time!!
