TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.12% at 164,696. Paper Products (+8.45%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Automotive (-3.95%). Banking (+2.02%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 1,184 billion (approx. USD 28 million). Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.08%) Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLC -1.22%) and Tejarat bank (BTJR +3.96%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Tejarat bank (BTJR +3.96%) was the most traded stock with IRR 362 billion (approx. USD 8 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 6,429 billion (approx. USD 153 million), up 43% from the previous trading session.
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 8,002 for a devaluation of 0.02%. The biggest riser was Mellat Bank (BMLT +1.53%) while Iran Khodro Co. (IKCO -5.44%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 1,285 billion (approx. USD 30 million), down 10% from the previous trading session. |
