The DHYS Group introduces itself     .....
 
 
     

The DHYS Group used the ISSA/Interclean international trade fair as the backdrop to inform about their current developments as well as their current dispisition. The abbreviation DHYS stands for "Distribution in Hygiene Specialist", with headquarters in Madrid. It represents the groups : Dino, GVS as well as GEH.
 
This aim of this association is to be able to provide customers with the best products and services in the respective sectors. Furthermore, this will allow a lowering of costs and thus an increase in profit margins, so that the innovative ability is enhanced by an exchange of know-how. In addition, greater attention will be given to the coordination of business development with international customers and services, the development of common trademarks and product ranges, negotiations with suppliers, developing a global logistics strategy and, last but not least, the exchange of best practices in areas such as procurement and marketing will be improved.
 
The history of the company began in 1976 with the formation of the GVS group in Germany. This is also responsible for the countries of Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The establishment of GEH in France followed in1981, which is now also responsible for Switzerland and La Réunion, as well as Grupo Dino in Spain in 1993, which besides this country will include Portugal and Angola. Last year, the DYHS Group was set up. Currently, sales of the group with its 53 members and 83 sites in 15 countries are 520 million Euro per year - this is generated by 1,700 employees with more than 80,000 articles. It also manages some of the best known international brands from the fields of cleaning chemistry, incontinence, paper hygiene, waste disposal or purification systems, as well as organising procurement in Asia and Europe.
