Exhibitor Update: Interclean Amsterdam 2020
 
The Interclean Experience in November: Coronaproof with enhanced features for a successful exhibition
 
Taking in mind global government and company restrictions on traveling Interclean has extended the physical event, taking place from 3-6 November at RAI Amsterdam to a combination of online and offline making it possible for everyone to join. To ensure that exhibitors and visitors can still have the powerful and meaningful connections Interclean Amsterdam is famous for. In addition of course to a wide number of health measures, to make sure all participants are safe and comfortable during the event.
 
Safe and comfortable
 
To organise and facilitate safe, responsible and hospitable events, RAI Amsterdam has developed a range of policies and procedures, which will be implemented at Interclean Amsterdam. These procedures are based on a protocol developed by the Dutch and European events industry, and approved by the Dutch government. Highlights include physical distancing of 1,5 meters throughout the venue, extra-wide aisles and top-notch cleaning measures.
 
Positive business experience
 
Keeping exhibitors, visitors and staff safe and healthy is always the number one priority. But RAI Amsterdam also wants to make sure exhibitors and visitors have a “positive business and event experience”, where exhibitors can have the right contacts, have spontaneous meetings with new customers, demo their products and be hospitable to their clients. The organisers have taken a number of steps and are introducing a number of new features to ensure positive experiences, with the addition of extra Networking & Demo Zones and there will be no limit on the number of staff and visitors on your stand, as long as 1,5 meter distance can be maintained.
 
Digital and Hybrid
 
Due to (corporate or governmental) guidelines certain visitors may not be able to visit Interclean Amsterdam this year. By going digital, RAI Amsterdam would like to give these group of persons the opportunity to experience Interclean after all, and of course for exhibitors to generate leads from these digitals guests.
 
Successful with sustainable ROI
 
The organiser team wants to make sure that Interclean Amsterdam continues to have an high and positive impact on clients and visitors, and that the participation af all exhibitors remains successful. Several new features have been introduced, such as a matchmaking tool Clean Connect, which will allow to set-up meetings in advances with the buyers – both on-site at the exhibition, and virtual at the Hybrid event.
