TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index advanced 0.59% to close at 84,414. Most sectors ended in positive territory with Paper Products (+1.78%) leading gainers. The weakest sector of the day was Ceramics & Tiles (-0.62%) with almost all constituents losing ground. Automotive (+1.00%) was the most traded sector with volume of IRR 117 billion (approx. USD 3 million). Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +2.29%), Pardis Petrochemical Co. (PRDZ+4.75%) and National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (MSMI +1.56%) were the main positive movers of the All-Share Index. Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +2.29%) was the most traded stock by value with volume of IRR 59 billion (approx. USD 1.5 million). In total 452 million securities were exchanged on the TSE for IRR 1,073 billion (approx. USD 28 million), down 72% from yesterday.
