With 2015 and the big issue of Millenium Developments Goals looming, Na Chainkua combines the representation and language of West African batiks to address the thorny developmental, environmental and health issues.

A number of performances and programmes ushered in the exhibition aimed at focussing the minds of the public  on the environmental impact on man's activities.
