Brownfield Grant Technical Assistance Workshop | Eastern WA
Register Today for Our April 29th Workshop in Moses Lake, WA on Navigating U.S. EPA, Washington Dept. of Ecology & Commerce Funding

Join us for this free, full day grant application for redeveloping environmentally challenged property. Learn how and where to obtain funding and manage projects to redevelop previously-used sites, including brownfields, into housing, parks, trails, and job-creating businesses. This workshop and strategy session will be provided in collaboration with the Washington Department of Ecology and Department of Commerce, and is designed for local governments, economic and community development departments, councils of government, and nonprofits. The workshop highlights best practices and strategies for competitive EPA brownfield grant applications and Ecology's assistance, as well as other funding sources for reuse of properties fromthe Department of Commerce.
Speakers from Washington's Departments of Ecology and Commerce, Maul Foster Alongi and CCLR will be on-hand to discuss Ecology, Commerce, and U.S. EPA funding sources, and to give you the advice you need to move your project forward. Workshop topics include:
  • EPA and other federal resources for economic development, and redevelopment
  • Strategies for competitive EPA grant applications
  • Ecology Administration of Grants & Loans (EAGL)
