Past and Current Exhibitions
KNUST Final year students' exhibition
ongoing till 12 July 2014
         
 
   

               
The students explored diverse methods and mediums to express their philosophies and ideas.
At the highly patronised exhibition, there are works in photography, several installations including video.
Visitors witnessed a performance by Va Bene Fiatsi at the opening of the month long exhibition.
Other artists were Anastasia Acheampong, Kwame Asante Agyare, Gideon Asmah, William Duku, Eugene Edzorho, Christian Gyimah, Yaw Brobbey Kyei, Teddy Kugbe, Emmanuel Ninson, Yaa Adu Sarpong, Francis Sakyi, Mavis Tetteh-Ocloo and  Leo Thubin.
Exhibition continues till 12 July.
At the Nu Gallery
A selection of affordable works- paintings and sculpture of Ghanaian and Nigerian artists- Emmanuel Adiamah,Oko Martey, Yaw Obuobi, Ato Arinze and others.
Latest additions are prints by Kofi Dawson.

Celebrating Prof. Ablade Glover at 80

Prof Ablade Glover's exhibition opened on 2 July. Exhibition continues till end of August.

Ake- the childhood years of Wole Soyinka
Efua Sutherland Studios-University of Ghana, Legon
on 6 and 7 July at 7:00pm
 
Elisabeth Sutherland of Accra Theatre Workshop directs the Wole Soyinka story adapted by Gbontwi Anyetei.
This is in celebration of the author's 80 year celebration.
 
Tickets are GHC10 for adults and GHC5 for children and can be purchased on the door.

Cafe is now open Monday to Friday for breakfast, light bites, lunch and refreshing drinks from 11am.
There is something for everyone at the Gift Shop, now relocated inside the Nu Gallery.
Library is open to the public during normal weekday opening hours.
Check out Ohema Ohene's boutique now at Nubuke.
Grounds are available for cultural events or other receptions.
Please note: Gallery is currently not open on Sunday.
