BEST WISHES 2017
CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES (CTEC) wishes you a Happy New Year 2017. May it bring you peace, health and prosperity in your personal and professional life! 2016 was a productive year for CTEC and we do thank you for your contribution to our success.

CTEC innovation is widely recognised and we will stay focused on our goal: satisfying you with even more Compact Precise and Dynamic mechatronic solutions!

MICA™: RELEASE OF A NEW RANGE OF LINEAR ACTUATORS
CTEC is unveiling its linear Moving Iron Controllable Actuator (MICA™) product line onto the market, with associated drive electronics, in response to requirements in the industrial sector for highly reliable, long-life solutions.

STRAIN GAUGE SENSORS FOR PIEZO ACTUATORS
The IMP team (Integration, Methods and Production) from CTEC increases its production capacities in industrial manufacturing strain gauge (SG) sensors for piezo actuators. The strain gauge sensor allows to perform closed loop control and to improve the measurement accuracy of the  multilayer piezo ceramic deformation.

CONTACTLESS SENSORS FOR DISTANCE MEASUREMENT IN THE CM RANGE
CTEC has developed new electromagnetic sensors with detection ranges up to 40mm. These contactless sensors can be adapted to fit with customers’ design and performance requirements. They can be used for contactless position measurement, localisation, process control, presence detection, thickness measurement, movement and deformation detection, speed measurement, etc.

MC-SUITE PROJECT: ICT POWERED MACHINING SOFTWARE SUITE
In the framework of this project, CTEC is responsible for monitoring and measuring force feedback in real time during the machining process, providing a single axis force feedback table, a three axis force feedback table and a single axis tool holder equipped with force feedback and wireless data transmission.

ROXTAR PROJECT: ALIGNMENT FUNCTION DEMONSTRATOR
In the frame of ROXTAR, a MINALOGIC project dedicated to develop the next generation of XRay sensor for medical application, it has been spotted by our partner TRIXELL the interest to develop the capability of a blinded alignment between the imager and Xray emitter. The alignment function allows a better positioning of the imager relatively to emitter in order to :
> Reduce the Xray dose exposure for any patient by avoiding multi shots to obtain one picture
> Improve the quality of pictures

FORTHCOMING TECHNOLOGICAL TRAINING
CTEC performs training courses dedicated to engineers and technicians who wish to discover, improve or renew their knowledge in mechatronic products, systems and technologies.

To know more about the sessions scheduled in 2017 we invite you to download our new Training Catalogue.
