Amano Pioneer Eclipse Reaches Agreement to Purchase Clarke American Sanders
Amano Pioneer Eclipse announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Clarke American Sanders from Nilfisk-Advance. The agreement gives Amano Pioneer Eclipse a market leading position in the wood floor care industry. The Clarke American Sanders acquisition also strengthens the core floor care technology business of Amano Pioneer Eclipse by opening new sales channels for existing product lines. The anticipated transaction close date is March 31, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
