TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index closed up 2.19% at 112,346 today. The top performing sector of the day was Metallic Ore (+5.74%) with almost all its constituents ending in the green. Ceramics & Tiles (-1.64%) and Paper Products (-2.86%) were the weakest sectors. The highest trading volume was posted by Base Metals (+3.27%) with IRR 831 billion (approx. USD 19.4 million) of shares exchanged. Stocks making the most positive impact on the All-Share Index were Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co. (PKLJ +4.80%), Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +4.24%) and Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG +7.31%). Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +4.24%) was the most actively traded stock by value with volume of IRR 373 billion (approx. USD 8.7 million). In total the market traded value added 46.8% from yesterday to IRR 3,858 billion (approx. USD 90 million).
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization closed at 5,528, up 2.92% from yesterday. Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG +7.31%) was the biggest gainer among the top 30s, while Iran Khodro (IKCO -1.66%) fell the most. The total traded value of the top 30s reached IRR 1,845 billion (approx. USD 43.2 million), up 74.5% from yesterday.
