The West Wales 2015 Festival concluded with a celebration banquet at the Stradey Park Hotel in Llanelli, on Friday 15th May 2015.
The brethren of the Province of West
Wales were delighted to extend a
very warm welcome to the Pro Grand
Master, MW Bro Peter Lowndes, who
was accompanied by a team from London,
which included VW Bro Richard Hone QC, President of the Grand Charity
and Mrs Laura
Chapman, Chief Executive of The Grand Charity.

RW Bro Stephen said:
"I am immensely proud of what you have achieved and I thank you
all most warmly, not only on my behalf, but also on behalf of those who
benefit from the work of the Grand Charity."
"The Appeal was launched in May 2009 at a time when the global
recession had taken hold and austerity was to become a watchword for
several years to come. Lodges were given a possible figure to aim for based upon every member making a very modest regular
donation. Thanks to your generosity in these difficult times the figure
for which we aimed has been surpassed significantly."

"I am very honoured to represent the Province and am extremely grateful to everyone for this marvellous effort during six of the hardest economic years experienced in living memory for the majority of brethren."
