Dear Friend of PST,
Hope you've had a good summer. We've missed you! We're excited about all the good things that we have planned for this season. We look forward to seeing you again!
We're launching our 14th Season on October 6th over at the fabulous Fremont Theater, and we'd love to see you at the shows. Bring your friends!
Portland Story Theater's performance venue the Fremont Theater
We're very excited to be returning to the Fremont Theater where we’ll be celebrating their 1st birthday at our first show of the season on October 6th! Plus, we've got a great new house band, Tonight's Special. They play jazz standards and are led by Aaron Mattison on sax with Alan Dragon on drums, Laurent Nickel on bass, and Roger Paulson on piano. Be sure and come to the Social Hour when the doors open at 7 p.m. to hear them play. You'll love them!
Portland Story Theater's podcast program, Urban Tellers
This summer we've been hard at work with storyteller and producer,  Warren McPherson of  Sweetlime Productions, creating a new weekly podcast program called Urban Tellers®.This podcast features in-depth, unscripted interviews with our storytellers. You'll get to hear their stories, plus get an inside view into the people, the process, and the story behind the story.
Stay tuned for the podcast launch on October 1st!
Immigrant and Refugee stories at Portland Story Theater
Because of the great success of last spring's shows, we are producing another Immigrant & Refugee edition of Urban Tellers®. Listening is a form of love. Come listen.
