Hello, Firstname |

Next Wednesday, 17 November, we get even closer to home with both the speaker and topic. Our speaker is local photographer David Broadbent who will be showing us images of Bristol as we may not have seen it before, with his talk The Soul of the City.
The Bristol City Project
The Bristol Project is a self-initiated and as yet unsupported social documentary, social and travel assignment.

To produce a body of work in stills, video and time lapse that depicts Bristol City Centre as a vibrant, creative and forward looking 24-hour British city. The work will encompass all aspects of the city and illustrate the commerce, culture, architecture, arts, history, food and drink, people and community of the city as a destination as well as a place to live and work.
Method will be similar to that employed for previous city projects. It’s essential to reside in the city during extended shoot days. Shoot all aspects from all angles at all times. No clearances will be sought for public spaces and model releases will not, generally, be required.
All work is for commercial and editorial use. Tourism, city life and food and drink will go to Alamy Agency and any nature, wildlife, urban green space and environmental will go to RSPB Images Agency.
Have a look at David's website to view his full portfolio.
