Love is fire, but whether it will warm your heart or burn your house down is sometimes hard to say. Just in time for Valentines Day, Portland Story Theater brings you Smitten! a brand new show that is a collection of intimate and revealing stories about the joys and the struggles, the hopes and disappointments, the failures and the redemptions that await us when love strikes like a bolt from the blue and we just have to deal with it.
From the heart-warmingly tender to the deliciously dark and cynical, from the agony to the ecstasy and all points in between, these are stories about weak-in-the-knees, got-it-bad, burn-your-house-down love.
PST founders Lynne Duddy and Lawrence Howard will be joined in this show by special guest stars Will Hornyak, Concetta Antonelli, and Michael Philips. In addition to three stories--two tandem and one solo--there will be wine and chocolate, singing and dancing, a few good jokes and worldly epigrams, free relationship advice, and even some shameless flirting with the audience.
Make your reservations today for Smitten!
