This  webinar will  be covering  the main aspects of  diverse  mechanisms  that Latin American  IPOs have deployed  to expedite and  optimize  the  processing of patent applications.    The  common  goal  of   these  mechanisms,  namely   PPH,  strategic amendment  filings  or  implementation  of  local  programs  is  to  reduce  the  time
needed  to  obtain  a  patent;  procedures  that once could take years now could take months.
