Shackleton Returns!

Lawrence Howard, Armchair Adventurer, Portland Story Theater
This coming January, Portland Story Theater is proud to present Lawrence Howard, the original Armchair Adventurer in Shackleton's Antarctic Nightmare, the amazing and inspiring story of the 1914 voyage of The Endurance. Ernest Shackleton's dream of being the first to traverse the Antarctic continent became a nightmare when his valiant ship, The Endurance, was trapped in the pack ice of the Weddell Sea and crushed. And we hope to have a bottle or two of Shackleton's whiskey for your tasting pleasure...

MS Fundraiser
Ryan Wolf Stroud is part of auGi's MS fundraiser: Superuckus which features SexyNurd: "Rockstar Tapped in a Nurd's Body" originally written written by auGi + Pema Teeter and performed by auGi at Portland Story Theater's Solo Festival Singlehandedly! in 2010. This is a very worthy cause!  
 
Criminal Class Press
Bill Hillman is the organizer of  the Criminal Class Press West Coast tour. The Criminal Class Review will perform readings at The Alberta Street Pub on Wednesday, December 8th, 6:30-8:45PM.
