The regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting is Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Huntsville Town Hall. The agenda is attached to this email and will be available at www.HuntsvilleTown.com soon.
Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.
Property Tax Assessments
By now you have received your Tax notice. Many in town (and the surrounding Valley) experienced increases of more than 100%.
We know of at least one petition to the County Assesor that is being drafted requesting a reassessment of our values. We will pass more information on how and where to sign the petition when it becomes available. Time will be of the essence as there is a limited time to request an appeal.
