FIRST OUTDOOR SHOW OF THE YEAR! - Did you know that we LOVE to play outside? It's true! Even in the rain! (ask Jim Hines or Johnny B) On Tuesday morning/afternoon, April 9, Brett Andrew, Mike Greer, and I will be performing at the annual Food Truck Tuesday, 150 S. Warner Road, King Of Prussia, PA. There will be some of the most amazing food trucks from the region including Phyllodelphia, Dia Doce, del VALLE, and B. GOOD. This is a free, all-ages, outdoor show. Giant yard games. We played this one last year and it was both filling and fulfilling. Showtime is 11:30 - 1:30 PM. No hungry pets, please.

PERKASIE OWL'S CLUB DEBUT! - On April 27, our 5-man electrical band (including Mike Greer) will debut at the Perkasie Owl's Club Nest #1224 in Perkasie, PA. This is a very cool social club that comes with a moving stage (?), a bowling alley in the basement (!), and the Stage Trip Productions light show (*). Showtime is 8:00 - 12:00 PM. It'll be a hoot!
ENVIRONMENTAL TIP OF THE MONTH - Plastic straws are a drag. Studies have shown that they are especially harmful not just because of how long they take to decompose, but because of their size and shape. I can't tell you how many plastic straws are discarded in the course of just one of our nightclub gigs. I have to say, "No straw." when I order any drink or they will automatically add one. In Canada, if you want a straw you must specifically ask for one and that helps cut down on excess waste. But paper straws are cool. That's the last straw.
