Begin your weekend with “mental floss”
– a great way to describe sadhana.
We will begin at 5 am and finish around 7:15 am.
Our practice will be the “Aquarian Sadhana”,
given by Yogi Bhajan 24 years ago,
to prepare us for the Aquarian age.
Prayer, Kundalini yoga, and meditation is a
great way to start your day!
