Single Woman of a Certain Age JANE GANAHL & contributing writers will read and discuss
Single Woman of a Certain Age
Tuesday, May 12th at 7 PM

In Single Woman of a Certain Age, Jane Ganahl - author of Naked on the Page, and "Single Minded" columnist (San Francisco Chronicle) - assembles a chorus of sophisticated, edgy and humorous voices who tackle the topic of being female, unmarried and in one's prime. Why are so many women choosing to remain single as they grow older? Or, are they choosing? Do we really need a partner to be happy? Contributing writers address these questions, as well as: sex, loneliness, motherhood, financial struggles, menopause, and more.

Readers for this event include: Kathi Kamen Goldmark (And My Shoes Keep Walking Back to You), Wendy Merrill (Falling Into Manholes), Anne Buelteman (actress, Les Miserables), and Cameron Tuttle (The Bad Girls' Guides).

"An intriguing look at life and love in the over-forty lane. Spinsterhood never seemed so sexy - or so smart." — Autumn Stephens, Editor, Roar Softly and Carry a Great Lipstick.
