Tis the season for holiday lights, hot cocoa and quality time with family and friends. The Family Holiday Experience at the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast includes a 3 or more night stay at $825 per night plus tax when you rent the entire bed and breakfast for the Thanksgiving November 21,22, and 23rd or the Christmas holiday, any 3 night from December 23, 24, and 25.
This package includes the 6500 square foot B&B with 7 rooms with 7 private baths. King size beds in 5 bedrooms Queen beds in 2 of the guest rooms. You will have full access to the kitchen, dining areas, and family rooms and hot tub. The B&B will belong to you and your family for 3 days, No housekeeping, No breakfast. Early check-in will be available on the day of arrival.
Enjoy the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the front parlor along with festive trimmings throughout the house. We provide the holiday cheer without all the work. • 30 minute house walk-through at time of check-in is required to go over rules, access, functionality of appliances, etc.
• Cancellation must be 6 weeks in advance or deposit is non-refundable
