We're eager to have you come to our new home, the Alberta Abbey, and check out the place -- the comfy theater-style seats, the welcoming space, and the lounge where we'll be serving wine from Hip Chicks Do Wine. Storytelling Workshop We've made a point to keep our ticket prices affordable, and that's not going to change with this move. But the price at the door is going down to $18. Plus, Portland Story Theater is also joining Arts for All, a RACC program that gives people with an Oregon Trail Card a chance to buy $5 tickets to many of Portland's best music, theater and dance groups, now including Portland Story Theater! Show your card at the door and get in for $5. And if you follow us on Facebook or Twitter, you'll get in on special ticket discounts and offers. want to let you know that there's space available in our session that starts November 18 in Portland as well as our new offering in Hood River that starts on October 5. September 24-27 Political Satirist Will Durst at Alberta Abbey
In this fresh production, Durst, the man the New York Times calls "quite possibly the best political comedian in the country," switches directions to pay tribute to the joys, achievements,  frustrations and looming doom of the Baby Boom Generation. Durst explains why his chronologically gifted brothers and sisters should refuse to grow old in the face of gravity no matter how many times they forget their password retrieval question.
